WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENT FOR MY PURCHASES?

Cash on delivery (only orders for smaller amount to 120€ for the Peninsula)

HOW DO I DELIVER MY PURCHASES?

The courier will take the package to the address you have specified. In case you cannot make the delivery, we will telephone you to agree on a new delivery schedule. If the mode of payment that you chose was against refund, you must pay for your order the courier will make the delivery.

For shipments to Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the Postal service will take the package to the address you have specified. In case you cannot make the delivery, we will leave a notice for you to pass to pick you up from the nearest Post Office.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ORDER?

You can return an order within 14 calendar days of receipt you Must send us the article in perfect condition, retaining its case or original box. If it is not possible for any reason returned in their original packaging the good may suffer a depreciation. Just send us the article or articles that you want to return to the following address:

You will need to include in the package the purchase invoice of the item/s returned, along with the return/exchange form duly completed (click on the link to download the form of the exchange/return and to check all the conditions). Once we receive your shipment in the warehouse of Enfermanía, and verified that the content is in good condition, we will proceed to reintegrarte the corresponding amount. The refund will be made by cheque to your name if you paid against the refund or transfer; or reintegrándolo to your credit card or Paypal if you made using this payment method.

AND IF A SIZE ISN'T GOING WELL, HOW I CAN CHANGE IT FOR ANOTHER ONE?
Of course, yes. Deadlines and address of submission of items for size exchange are the same as for a return. You will need to send us the garment along with the return/exchange form duly completed, indicating by what size you want to change it. We will send you the you've chosen without any cost on your part.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
Once we have received your order, we will proceed to confirmártelo by e-mail.
The delivery time of our items in stock is 1 to 3 days, except in those articles where we indicate delivery times special (custom embroidered, sale items exclusively under the order).
Shipments to Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which have been sent through the Postal Service, will take 7 to 10 days (this period can be increased by withholding customs at destination). In any case you can check the status of your order by using the tracking number provided.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST THE SHIPPING?
Orders for an amount less than 90€ shipping costs are about fixed 3,95 €. If your order is over 90€ the shipping is free. (Valid in the whole of peninsular Spain).

Shipments to the Balearic islands, shipping costs are about 6.95€ if your order is less than this amount to 90€, and for only 2,95€, if your order above 90€ (for shipments to the Balearic islands will be by the courier MRW).

Shipments to Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla have a shipping cost of 9,95€ if your order is less than this amount to 90€, and for only 4,95€, if your order above 90€ (for shipments to the Canary islands, Ceuta and Melilla will be made by the postal service of Post -shipment certificates-).

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR the CANARY islands, CEUTA AND MELILLA: to get to the destination, will be charged the processing of the customs management (D. U. A.), which varies depending on the carrier chosen. This cost of D. U. A. is alien to Enfermanía, SL as well as the payment of local tax (I. G. I. C. or I. P. S. I.) and are the customs and the local administration who charge, through the carrier, which operates merely as a customs agent.
