You can return an order within 30 days from your receipt You will need to send us the article in perfect condition, retaining its case or original box.

You will need to include in the package the purchase invoice of the item/s returned, along with the return/exchange form duly filled (click here to download the form of return/exchange).
Once we receive your shipment in the warehouse of Enfermanía, and we have checked that the content is in good condition, we will proceed to reintegrarte the corresponding amount.
The refund will be made via the same method that you used to make payment (if you paid by credit card or PayPal will refund you the amount right there, and if you paid via bank transfer and provide to us an account number we will make a transfer, and if not we will send you a cheque to your name).
And if you want to CHANGE a product for another (a change of size, for example) you simply have to specify the new size or the new product that you want to change in the leaf exchange/refund. We will send you the new product FREE of charge, no shipping costs. If it is more expensive that what you return, you will be charged only the difference, and if it is cheaper we will refund the difference. But in any case, you will be charged the shipping costs.
