Extremely versatile, it comes with two diaphragms (one pediatric Ø27mm and one adult Ø40 mm), and allows a bell to be attached in place of its smaller diaphragm, turning it into a membrane-bell stethoscope, or it can be used with two diaphragms.
Auscultation through one or the other diaphragm is interchangeable by rotating the metal part (like any dual-head stethoscope).
