General Purchase Conditions
Shipping costs and delivery times
Spain mainland and Portugal mainland:
The courier service will take the package to the address you have indicated. If you place your order from Monday to Thursday before 12:00 p.m., we will send your package that same day and you will receive it in 24-48 working hours (that is, the day after placing your order, unless it is a weekend or holiday).
If you place your order after 12:00 p.m. the order will leave the next day. And if you do it on Friday afternoon or during the weekend, it will be Monday.
In case the courier can not make the delivery because there is no one at home, the courier will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
the shipment will be made with MRW and the delivery time is 48-96 hours
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
the postal service will take the package to the address you have indicated. The delivery time is variable, but the average is 7-10 days.
In case you can not make the delivery, they will leave you a notice so that you can pick it up at the nearest Post Office.
European countries (except Spain and Portugal):
The courier company will depend on your country of origin, but we will provide you with a tracking code so you can find out which transport agency will deliver your order. The delivery time also varies depending on the country of destination between 5-10 days.
Latin American Countries:
The postal service of your country will be responsible for delivering your package. We will provide you with a tracking code that you can track from the website of the postal service in Spain (Correos) and also from the website of the postal service in your country in most cases. The delivery time is variable but usually around 15-20 days
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THE CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA:
When the package arrives in your city, it is possible that Correos (operating as a customs agent) will charge you the customs management procedure (D.U.A.), as well as the payment of local taxes (I.G.I.C. or I.P.S.I.). It is important that you know that these charges are OUTSIDE OF ENFERMANIA and it is the customs and the administration of your country that charges them.

Payment and Orders Methods
Orders online (THROUGH THE WEB PAGE)
Comfortably add your items to the shopping cart, and complete the online process by following the steps that appear on the screen (you must indicate your data and address, and choose payment and transport form). At any time of day. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as you place an order. If you do not receive it after a few minutes, please check the SPAM or junk mail tray.
Accepted Payment Methods:
By bank transfer or deposit (to our Banco Santander account)
With a credit or debit card through the RedSys platform of Banco Santander (requires a card with authenticated online verification)
PayPal (through PayPal account or credit or debit card AmEx, MasterCard, VISA).
Returns & Exchanges
You can return an order within 30 days of receipt. You must send the item to us in perfect condition, keeping its package or original box.
Send us the article or articles you want to return to the following address:

You must include in the package the purchase invoice of the item (s) returned, together with the change / return form duly completed (click here to download the change / return form).
Once we receive your shipment, and we have verified that the content is in perfect condition, we will proceed to refund the corresponding amount.
The refund will be made by the same method you used to make the payment (if you have paid by card or PayPal we will refund the amount there, and if you paid by transfer and you provide us with an account number we will make a transfer, and if you do not we will send a bank check to your name).
And if what you want is to CHANGE one product for another (a change of size, for example) you simply have to indicate the new size or the new product that you want in exchange on the change / return form. We will send you the new product for FREE, without shipping costs. If it is more expensive than what you return, we will only charge the difference, and if it is cheaper, we will pay you the difference. But in no case we will charge you the shipping costs.
But pay attention, shipment (send to us) the product back runs on your own (we only send or pay the return costs in the orders where we have mistaken a product, or if it is defective). You can send us the returned products with the courier service you want, or through the Postal Service.
